I think that there are some proportional issues here. Her upper body seems to be to big in relation to the rest of her, part of this could be the angle of the photograph but it still looks like I put to much emphasis on the upper body.

Drawing the head from various angles is one of those things that I have struggled with ever since I started drawing, so I decided to just do a bunch of heads from some different angles. I think that the 3/4 angle is the most difficult for me to draw from a low or high angle. On the left there's a character that I just kind of came up with for fun. I imagined her being an goddess of the ocean or an aquatic spirit of some kind.
